I recently helped a client who needed a low cost solution for a series of self standing banner stands. We usually recommend retractable displays for this kind of thing but in this case, budget and graphics switch out required a different solution so we tried some thing new. As per the client’s response, “Fantastic! They were a big hit throughout the organization,” I think we may have hit on something.
Retractable displays are great but if you need to change the message frequently, then it is less than ideal because it takes quite a bit of effort. In fact we always recommend to clients to send us back the display and let us do it for them. With this X-Stand approach, you can send out displays to the desired locations and then update the graphics on a regular basis and then send them as follow ups for the user to switch out as needed.
