What action do you take when you learn what you are doing is great but can be even better? Adapt, adopt and promote of course. That is the situation we find ourselves in today. As many of you know we help clients turn blank walls into murals, moods and ambiance. The end results are oftentimes breathtaking and inspiring but usually not without challenges along the way. A common challenge is that walls oftentimes are not really smooth and have some bumps in them. Up till now our wall graphics simply covered the imperfections but did not hide them. I am excited to share that now I think we can do both!
Introducing CanvasTac. It is a peel and stick patented adhesive-backed canvas. What makes this material different from all the others is it hides imperfections and blemishes. The easy release microsphere adhesive makes it easy to install and it does not rip, wrinkle, shrink or curl. It is repositionable, unusually thick (17 mil) and has a smooth canvas texture creating a high end look. Anyone can install it. You just peel back the liner and stick it to the wall (or other clean flat surface). When removed, it leaves no residue behind.
Common uses are for point of purchase signage, holiday displays, homes, schools, restaurants, offices, and more. It is a fast and efficient way to update painted walls, outdated wallpaper and wall imperfections. For many small businesses their spaces are leased so they value the idea that if in the future they relocate the graphics can move with them. That is not true with most other options.
CanvasTac environmentally safe. It is PVC free, phthalate free, lead free and made in the USA. CanvasTac is rated as a Category VI Type III Class A wallcovering. The material has a beautiful canvas texture and is durable because of its thickness. In addition to a white print surface it also comes in a gold iridescent or silver finish print surface too so if there is no ink coverage the tinted texture shows through.
