Oftentimes I have clients who need a banner stand solution where they can quickly and easily change the messages. Our most popular banner stands are retractable displays because they are light weight, easy to use and very economical. However, the one weakness with this approach is if the client wants to change out the messages without returning the display for us to do it for them. Occasionally, a client will want to be able to insert new replacement graphics without the need for returning the hardware. Another unique advantage with this system is you can use this banner stand to create a backdrop that accepts velcro attaching graphics. This can be very handy if you are displaying a message and want to change out specific items without having to redo the whole thing. This is common at job fairs where a company at one show might be hiring for programmers and the next time they might be looking for sales or service help. Ditto for a retail business where they need to change prices but keep promoting the same items. By combining two or more stands you can create both a professional look and also have the ability to update it on the fly.
We usually print the graphics on fabric because they are light weight and hold up the best when setting up and taking down on a regular basis. There are also various other accessories for attaching rigid boards such as magnet boards, paper prints, lights and matching counters too. There certainly lots of ways to go with this.
