I regularly help clients try to find the best backdrop and portable display for their needs. Occasionally clients will also need counters in addition to the backdrop display. The counters serve as a place for laptops, tablets, badge scanners, literature note taking and more. There are many options to choose from including renting tables, using table covers or purchasing dedicated portable counters that can be branded and used over and over. I thought it might be helpful to share a few popular turnkey solutions below.

223 Counter:
It is hard to find a counter solution that is lighter in weight and sets up faster than the 223 Counter. With this solution you simply take out a mini pop up frame, open it up, slide a dye sub printed graphic over it, place the inside shelf in and the counter top on top via a phenomenal magnet attachment and voila, you are done. It takes maybe 2 minutes at most if you really try to stretch it out (no tools needed). After using it myself, I can personally attest to its value.

223 Counter WorkStation
You can take the above counter and with an additional investment, you can transform it into a workstation holding a flat screen monitor up to 32′ in size (monitor not included). Keep in mind that if you add the monitor stand, there will be quite a bit of additional assembly required because you have to attach both a universal monitor bracket and then the monitor to the bracket. Assembly with a screwdriver will be required on this part.

This is also a great solution for a portable counter with dye sub graphics, internal shelf and a nice black top. This options gives a wider base compared to the above 223 Counter but the depth is more narrow as you can see by looking at the photos. Depending on your needs and preferences, one option may be preferred over the other. If you prefer a counter top other than black, we offer additional options such as wooden tops to increase the visual appeal.

Modesto

If you want a counter top that has a custom look, that is portable and
still in the off the shelf portable counter price range, then the
