Recently a client asked for display that could stand alone, be adjustable in height and be used in a variety of spaces and settings. The client also mentioned it may be used in a retail setting from time to time so it could not take up too much space either. At first I suggested a 24″ wide retractable display because it has a narrow foot print, can be used at different heights and is economical to produce. The client said “okay” but I sensed that was not really what they really wanted so that night I went back to the drawing board to find something better.
They say sometimes desperation is the mother of invention and when I can’t come up with a nice solution to a client request, it just kills me. So after thinking through several options I remembered something I saw long ago but until starting at Swift Print Display & Graphics, I really could not do well so it was an out of sight out of mind kind of thing. Why is it different this time? Here’s why. Now I can direct print to a rigid board, computer cut to most any shape and then attach the unique shaped graphic to a new style portable display stand to create a one of a kind appearance. For this client request we decided on footprint size of 30″w x 60″h for the graphic, then profile cut it to the shape desired and then attach it to the telescoping stand which can raise the graphic up to 90″ high. Pretty exciting but what does it cost? In this case the price was $287.30 for the display (including handbag) and computer cut graphic. Keep in mind as the qty goes up, the price can oftentimes drop like a rock.
Now we can offer a portable banner stand with a three-piece telescoping pole and spin-lock mechanisms which allow for for a variety of widths and adjustable height up to 96” tall.
